Do you send samples?
Yes. We can send 20 × 20 cm swatches of our lace and fabrics. Choose “Sample request” as the subject in the product form.
What is the minimum order?
Most lace and fabrics are sold from 1 metre; coupon lace from 1 coupon, supplies by pack or roll. Each product page lists its minimum.
Can I get wholesale prices?
We offer volume pricing to workshops, fashion houses and wholesale buyers. Select “Wholesale order” in the quote form and we will reply the same day.
Do you ship across Türkiye and abroad?
We ship throughout Türkiye with contracted couriers. For international orders, shipping cost and time are confirmed with your quote.
Can I visit your store?
Of course. You can see the full collection at our head store and branch in Eminönü. Addresses are on the contact page.
How do I get prices for products without a listed price?
For products priced by exchange rate and quantity, fill in the quick quote form or message us on WhatsApp. The product code is filled in automatically.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept bank transfer, and cash or credit card in store.
What is your return policy?
Fabric and lace cut to length cannot be returned; uncut, unopened items can be returned within 14 days. See the Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy page.

Send us a photo and we will find the closest match in our stock or from our suppliers.
